    In a Nutshell

    • Top highlights: Range of bingo rooms, special offers
    • VIP or loyalty programme: Yes
    • Other offerings: Casino, sports, poker

With a history stretching back to the late 19th century, Ladbrokes is the established name that you might be looking for when you’re interested in playing some of the best online bingo. The bingo part of the Ladbrokes site has been open since 2004 and offers plentiful perks, including wide-ranging promotions and many different bingo games, encompassing the likes of 75 ball bingo, 80 ball bingo, 90 ball bingo and even multiplayer bingo.

    Games & Software

If you like to have a lot of choice when it comes to online bingo, you really shouldn’t have any reason to complain about Ladbrokes Bingo’s complement of rooms. As aforementioned, fans of 90 ball, 80 ball and 75 ball bingo are all well catered-to, but so are fans of multiplayer bingo, which gives you the chance to land a juicy progressive jackpot when you top the leaderboard. There are also some great branded bingo games, such as Deal or No Deal and Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

As you navigate the site’s main bingo lobby and its various rooms, you are likely to be impressed by how well everything is laid out, with the graphics also being smooth and convincing. Once you enter a room, you will see a chat box where you can happily chat with other players, while there are side games – such as slots, scratchcards and casino games – to help you while away the minutes as you play.

It’s all possible thanks to Virtue Fusion, which is one of the premier providers of software for bingo online. This software is sometimes referred to as Playtech, but the end result is the same – a highly intuitive and enjoyable experience when playing some of the top bingo online. There’s no need to download anything, either – you can simply log onto the site and start playing through your browser.

    Mobile Platform

Unlike certain competitors who might only offer mobile bingo in the sense of bingo forming just one part of a broader gambling app, Ladbrokes Bingo has a dedicated bingo app for smartphone users. It’s also possible to play directly through your device’s web browser.

Either way, you’ll find that whatever game you choose has been beautifully optimised for stress-free play, while still sporting impressive graphics. All manner of great bingo rooms are available in mobile form, including Garage, Rainbow Riches Bingo, Deal or No Deal Bingo and many more.

The registration process at Ladbrokes Bingo is pretty quick and easy – there’s just a single-page sign-up form asking for all of the details you would expect, including your first and last name, date of birth, username, email address, postcode, deposit limit and more. You will also have the option at this stage to ask to be notified about special offers, free bets and promotions – you can be contacted via email, telephone or SMS.

    Payment Options

You would struggle to find a broader range of accepted payment methods than that offered by Ladbrokes Bingo – the obvious credit and debit cards are included, such as Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard, but so are slightly less commonly-used options such as PayPal, Neteller and Skrill.

    Customer Support

Basically every form of customer support is available at Ladbrokes Bingo. There’s an FAQs section about the site’s all-new Superbooks, while you can also email the team if you wish. A 24-hour support telephone number is available, too – well, strictly speaking, two, as there’s a separate number for those dialling from outside the UK.

Help unfortunately only seems to be available in either English or Swedish, which is the language in which the site as a whole is available. There’s also no sign of ‘live chat’ functionality, which is unusual for any big-name gambling portal in this day and age. However, Ladbrokes Bingo does have dedicated Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts that can also be used to contact the team.

    Bottom Line

Its support offering may not be the very best, but Ladbrokes Bingo otherwise offers pretty much everything you could want in an online bingo portal. There are so many fun games and promotions, underpinned by industry-leading Virtue Fusion software. It’s a site that certainly scores highly beyond its household name.

What do other players think about Ladbrokes Bingo?

Pros:   Best for promotions for existing customers like casino credit and free bingo at certain times everyday. Customer support has helped me in the past, even with trivial questions like what room can I use free spins, always professional and quick to help.
Cons:   I would like to see more bingo rooms. They used to have a cube game that I can-t find anymore. Fair enough new games are available but I do miss cash cubes. I-d like to see more unique fun games advertised for Tombola on TV.
